FAQs
How far in advance should I start?
It is always best to start as soon as possible, especially if you'll be traveling during high season. Travel in post-Covid times requires a lot more planning ahead than it did before. It is strongly advised to start at least 6 months ahead of time for peak season travel. That being said, it's never too late. Please send an inquiry if you're worried about timing to figure out a plan that's best for you.
What is the response time I can expect?
- After your Consult Call you'll receive your initial general outline within five business days.
- Any edits requested will be up to two business days after request is submitted.
- Emails are responded to within 1-2 business days but within 12 hours if traveling.
What if I change my mind about what Level I need?
If you realize you'd like a higher level, upgrades are available for purchase. There is no option to downgrade levels. All sales are final.
Do you only work with US citizens?
Absolutely not! You do NOT have to be from the US to work together - but it is important to know which passport you travel under in order to check entry requirements. Additionally, all prices are charged in USD.
What if I don't even know where I'm going yet?
No problem! Honestly, sometimes that's the hardest part! We'll dig into what you're looking for out of your trip and put together different options around the world (or the region) you're interested in visiting.
What if I've already planned most of my trip?
That's great! In travel, it's all about the details. We can help with the finishing touches on or navigate questions about cultural differences to help you feel confident and ready to travel.
